HOSPITALITY TO THE HOMELESS
ON OUR STEPS
Fifth Avenue Presbyterian has a practice of early Morning wake-up and serving coffee to the homeless who sleep on our steps. This is a rewarding chance to exhale your faith by providing service to those marginalized by our society. These morning interactions create good opportunities to further help these friends take their next step in getting off the streets. The rewards you will receive from helping once week are extremely gratifying. We always get so much more than we give.
